I managed to make 12 cards! I bet your Surprised that 2 sheets of paper went so far so was I.
I may try to do this with my christmas cards since it really made me think outside the box with the designs and kept the cost low. Gotta Love That!

Hey everyone ! In honor of my making the MyGrafico Design team I decided to host a contest to win a RAK. I will draw a winner from the comments from my followers those are the only rules ... follow my blog & then comment.
What are you going to win you ask? It's a surprise but I can say that the RAK will be worth at least 20.00 and I am still finding lots of goodies to add! I am also making a few Holiday themed things to the stash . I know you will enjoy!
I love RAKs don't you ?
We finally did it! ...
We went to the Sears Studio and had some pictures done with cousin Inara and the boys. They turned out pretty cute I have to say ... Griffin took a great one and one of the boys together turned out really cute. I can't wait to get them back so I can scan them in and use them for some scrapbook pages!
Anyway I just finished a chipboard album and some ornaments using the Cricut & Design Studio & I'm off to work on some design team projects for the Scrapbooking and crafting friends so I will be posting some new things real soon!
This monday I decided to at the last minute apply for a spot on the MyGraficO design team. I never even thought I would make it But I just found out that I was picked for a spot! I'm so excited to become a member of the team. Can you belive that in only just a year of scrapbooking I have come this far ... I can only wonder what the next year will bring!
1) I can't burp ( I don't know why or what the problem is but I can't do it...I have tried and they will come up as bubbles in my chest but no burp) weird I know... =P
2) I am a collector ( some may say pack rat or obsessive compulsive... I just like alot of the same thing and can't stop collecting them until I find something else to focus on =P) Right now I am focused on Scrapbooking products and tools so it is acceptable to most people...LOL funny how that works.
3) My favorite Ice cream is Baskin Robbins PeanutButter-Chocolate Ice Cream ... Mmmmmm and I love their clown cones for birthday treats.
4) I have recived 8 tattoos ( technically, even though I only have 7 Tattoos... one was added later to an existing Tattoo to make it align with the one down my spine)
5) I have trained as a Tattoo Artist and yes I have Tattooed People... including myself. Brad keeps after me to get my stuff up and get going again so he can get some work done again.
6) I went to school to be an Architect (2 yrs)and Interior Designer(1 Yr)... now I am not sure if it's what I want to do or not. I love it but I do hate math...LOL
7) I love Making Pottery. I wish I could afford to have a kiln... and a professional wheel.
8) My Favorite Movie - What Dreams May Come... I Love this movie, makes me cry everytime I see it.
9) I try to be as Eco freindly as I can be. I am the group owner of my local freecycle group. I recycle just about everything, I have 1 trash can a week of trash for a family of 4. I buy used not only to save me money but to help keep my footprint small. I am a energy and light nazi in my home... Cold go put on a sweatshirt and get a blanket, Unless it's dark out or no windows no lights should be on during the daytime. I do everything I can to help do our part.
10) I am growing my hair back out after chopping it off for some reason( I plead temporary Insanity)
( I am tagging Jennifer and Lynn)
I don't even remember the last time I got on the computer before a few Min's yesterday... I have just not had the energy to get on the computer or do much else if I could help it.
Here's how my last few weeks went...
It started with Griffin coming home from school with a runny nose and an attitude. On Friday night after dinner he just started screaming and had the biggest tears rolling down his cheeks... I tried to comfort him & find out what was wrong but it's really hard because he still doesn't have the ability to tell us what hurts or what is the matter with him...
so he finally passed out after about 45 Min's and slept all night in the morning he was fine but we knew he was coming down with a cold this was Halloween so since he seemed OK we went out for our first time out Trick or Treating . When we got home he once again he started screaming & I knew then he had the beginnings of an ear infection so I called the after hours line to see if we could get an apt for him. By then he was also getting a gross sticky film on his eyes that could only be one thing.... PINK EYE... *sigh* I knew that if he had it then Rory was getting it as well ... Griffin can't keep off of him at all.
He fell asleep so we decided to get him an apt for the next day . Rory was showing signs of getting sick as well and so I was going to have my hands full with the both of them. Go the apt for both of them and Griffin had Conjunctivitis that is an ear infection ( she could barely see anything but he is sensitive to the pain) the pink eye(cold in the eye) and an upper Resp infection (Cold) soooooo he got some yummy antibiotics. Rory just had the upper resp ( cold ) starting so nothing for him but I knew we would be back soon enough.. and I was right.
By Thursday it was horrible his eyes were matted shut when he woke up his cough was getting worse and he was gagging and refusing to eat... When we got into the Dr's Office again he had the same as Griffin Conjunctivitis ( PINK EYE, Ear Infection and a upper resp cold)... so he gets eye drops & yummy antibiotics too. Right now he has the worse diaper rash because he would not eat anything solid offered to him like yogurt just nursed and the past few days barely even that. Poor guy...
Griffin started back to school this Monday but he was out since Halloween and I can tell he missed it ... he is so happy to get on that bus and see his teacher and friends at school! LOL he is so cute.
Rory is getting better finally started to eat better today and didn't gag once today! He even had some cheerios and a few bites of his turkey and sweet potato dinner... I was about to call the Dr and have him seen again since he wasn't getting better but decided to give it one more day . Seems like that was just what he needed.
During all this with the boys I got sick as well... Big surprise that me the big snot rag that I am would also get sick. uh man I have barley mustered enough energy to shower and take care of the boys so I am so glad to finally be somewhat better. My throat still hurts and My body still is stiff but I am so much better. All I can say is YAY!
Whew what a crazy few weeks I have had. Glad they are over!
I made this Word Book for my Nieces 3rd birthday in September . I thought I had posted it to the blog but apparently not so I figured I would share it here . Thanks for looking and enjoy!
Well Today is Erika's Birthday. She is now 15 years old, I can't believe she is so grown up now. Just seems like yesterday she was my Little girl who love to sing & play with her Barbies. Makes me sad to know I am missing out on these special times with her.
Anyway I made her a few cards one of which I posted about a week ago. I made this newest one which I love on the 13th & 14th. But I forgot to share it with you.
I made it a 2 sided card. One side has Birthday Greetings, a MyGraficO digital Stamp, &I stamped her name... the other side I stamped her name & lots of flowers then accented it all with lots of glitter. That way she could display it or have it framed if she wanted to.
Griffin colored her a picture inside, hopefully she will appreciate it.
Hello Again, I have been busy with a few Challenges from the groups I run on the Scrapbooking & Crafting Friends NING site. For the Sports Mania Group the challenge was of course a project that was sport related and it had to have the color Orange. I know the color Orange is not the most popular color out there but it so happens that it's the Chicago Bears color ( well one of them anyway) and our Local schools colors... and not only that but it's October and it's a Halloween color. I have been meaning to get this LO done for FOREVER... I mean it was a few years ago and I had bought some really cute stuff for it ... I even saved the cupcake toppers for my LO! LOL....
Of course There are no pictures of me with Griffin on his first ever Super Bowl and the bears were playing which made it even more special.. but I did get a few with Daddy that day so I am happy.
For this LO I had 3 pictures that I wanted to use. I prefer to make double LO's so that when I put them in a book I have matching pages... I set about making the mats for the pictures and then deciding on how I was going to use the Patterned Papers I had , Ultimately I decided to only use the Football Phrases paper and the Football textured paper for the LO's along with the solid Paper. The rest just kinda worked there way to where they are ... free form .
Don't you just love the texture of this Paper! It is just like a football! I saw it at Hobby Lobby and had to get it... for 2.00 a sheet.
The die cut chipboard Letters are covered with Grass paper and some football paper. I made a book marker for Brad then decided I liked it to much and wanted to use it for my LO... Guess I should make him a new one!
Thanks for Looking !
We picked up the materials at Menard's and headed home earlier this month to stuff the bags full of plastic bags and Packing peanuts, the ghost heads were stuffed with McDonald's napkins, and the tombstones were placed with the utmost care in a row....
Happy Halloween! That's what Our House says to people as they drive past... We have decorated the yard with some fun plastic bag pumpkins , a Graveyard and even some ghost! hopefully they will survive for a few seasons ... if not I have a plan ready for next year, just need to mark my calender so I have enough time to make what I need.
Brad took a picture of Griffin & I together when we got done decorating the yard. I'm a sweaty mess even though it was in the low 40s...
Griffin really was excited to show Daddy what we did to the yard. He Loved the tombstones and so did Daddy...LOL
Griffin had a great time helping Mommy stuff the Pumpkins . He Loved helping me with the placement of the Pumpkins & was delighted to bring the ghost I made to daddy. This was the first Year he has really wanted to help or was even interested in the Holiday. Next year will be even better because Rory will be big enough to join in the fun!
I'll be posting more pictures of some of the projects we have been doing in the next few days so be sure to check back!
I finished this LO the other day and I LOVE it. If you have never been to the Wordle site then you should check it out , It gave me some inspiration to make my own wordle type design with word and the MyGraficO digital stamps I received for the design team. I am pretty happy with how it came out though my favorite part of the LO is the Paper flower I made from scraps , a button and some stickles! I was inspired by a LO that was done by Rita S. a member of the Scrapbookingandcraftingfriends@NING.com group . Of course it is not exactly the same but the basic inspiration is obvious and I thank her very much for the beautiful design idea.
For the rest of the LO I used a corner punch, a leaf punch, felt ribbon, stickles, some paper scraps and some ink on the edges.
As always Thanks for looking at my Devilishly Delightful Designs! =D

Hello again! I made this card the other day for a few Challenges for the scrapbookingandcraftingfriends@NING.com groups I run & the Design Team that I am a member of.
The Butterfly is a Digital stamp from MyGraficO
I really love this set I have been able to do so much already with it and I am just learning how to digital scrapbook anything.
I used Stickles, Prisma markers, I inked all the edges & used lots of scrap paper... some of which I made into a really cool paper ribbon trim, I also used staples (for the first time).
I just love all the texture on the card.
Thanks for stopping by my Devilishly Delightful Designs!
Hello Again Everyone, Thanks for stopping by.
Here is a Thanksgiving card I made yesterday. It was for a Challenge for one of the groups I run on scrapbookingandcraftingfriends@NING.com . The challenge was to use Burgundy/Red so I felt it called for a Fall inspired Card. I love thanksgiving... all the food and family. Nothing beats that right?!
For Stamps I used Clear Acrylic stamps from Michael's Dollar spot section and some Martha Stuart Clear Acylic Leaf stamps. I also used Stickles & some fiber that I recived in a fiber swap a while ago... all I know is it is for knitting and I should go buy more... =P I also used a few paper scraps and inked the card with some Stampin' Up inks.
Thanks for looking!
Stay tuned for more of my Devilishly Delightful Designs!
