Baking up some love
I don't know about you but I just love all the cute paper punches from Martha Stewart.
I try to use one on every project though sometimes it doesn't happen...
This little cutie is the Swirling lace edge (PAP set) I totally love it. =D
The stamp is a digital stamp from MyGrafico.com
The sentiment I used is from the Stampin' Up! set "Hang in there" ( I think that's the name anyway! )
it's a super cute set that has been retired but you can still find it out there if you look . =D
I colored this with the Prisma Pencils ( yes I know I am on a prisma pencil kick! SORRY COPICS! LOL)
I just love them they are so smooth and give great coverage and can be blended very easily.
I will be posting more new cards and projects ...
I have been busy busy busy!
Oh and I have a surprise for all of my followers on Sunday!
It's yummy I tell ya! =D
Thanks for stopping by see ya real soon. =D

So to make my card I started out using some pearlised pink paper I got awhile ago I forget who makes it and I'm just to lazy to go look! =P Hehehe...
I used my big huge Martha Stewart punch for the first layer ( I messed up a bit because I used the wrong measurements, I didn't realise the big ones had a different formula! Dang you Martha! LOL) It's ok though i made some flowers and colored some white rosettes pink to cover my boo boo's . =D
Then I used some net tulle, Stapled it to the paper then added a strip of pop foam tape to adhear the next layer ( the white paper) for which I used another one of those wonderful punches again ;)
I inked the edges of the white layer then added my Valentine tween ( popped) on top.
I colored her with Prisma Colored pencils .
Can you belive I just colored my white roseettes pink with my copic marker!
Looks fabulous and works really well, Gotta Love your copics! =D

Tuesday Tutorial! Embossing & Color Pencil Tutorial.
Hello again everyone thanks for stopping by for my Tuesday Tutorial!
I am busy preparing for the bad snow storm at the moment
so this is a bit later than I orignally planned Sorry!
Yesterday I shared my Dilek Cute panda bear card
which is what I am going to use as my tutorial card...
For this project I am using Prisma Colored Pencils...
I love this particular brand so much.
All the pencils give you a really good quality color coating &
are fabulous to blend together with a clear blender pencil.
I don't know what other pencils give you as good a quality final image because
I have always used these no need to try others when your happy with what you have. ;)
If you want to shout out what colored pencils you like to use then add a comment and I will add the suggestions to the instructions for future readers! =D
Thanks!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
For this project I first used my Cuttlebug dry embosser to emboss my card topper (simple cardstock)
First measure the card & topper to fit the embossing folder you are using.
Make sure the cardstock fits the embossing folder
Next Place the cardstock topper in the embossing folder
Then place your embossing folder in between the Cuttlebug plates
For embossing folders sandwich stack is ( Plate A , Plate B Embossing folder, then Plate B)
If you use thin paper then you may also need to place a shim to make it thicker.
Place the stack in the Cuttle bug then roll it through. Sometimes you have to give it a shove as you go. =D
Next You get to color! Yay!
Now to start off you will need your colored pencils & a clear blender pencil.
(some people use Gamisol or baby oil to blend as well)
I started out coloring the raised embossed cardstock design
with the lightest color first.
You are just going to color the part that you want to be the lightest part
of the final design.
Next move on to the next darker color in the color and pencils you have chosen.
You want to color how you want the dark shading to show.
keep going with the next color in the shading in your color group.
As you can see the bamboo is starting to look very good with highlights & low lights.
I like to play around till I like how the colors look together.
but I always go light to dark you can always go darker but it is hard to go back to lighter.
you can use your lighter pencils to blend the colors together or use the
clear blender pencil ( or gamisol or baby oil)
when your done with all the colors just go over a few of your darker spots a bit check that you haven't missed a spot you want colored then...
go back over the whole image with the clear blender pencil to blend and smooth the colors together for
a final time to clean up any missed sections or rough edges...
Then your off to start the next part which is for me the Panda bear...
now I just colored it with Black really dark and no shading but if you wanted to have shading you would use you lighter colores such ans white and greys first...
You can see my final panda here...
After I colored the panda I mounted it to the card with some raised foam tape.
then added some Viva Decor glass effect gel to the leaves to add some interest.
I also stamped the autumn leaves sentiment to the side & layered the card topper on some black cardstock to give it a bit more definition.
Once again the final result.
OK so that is it for this tutorial today!
I hope to cover more coloring tips and techniques soon!
Hope this has inspired you to pull out those coloring pencils and color to your hearts content!
Ok so this week we got to work with the
super adorable Dilek Panda bear digital stamps by Dilek Designs
They are $3.00 ! That is such a great deal for these cuties!
They are really good quality digital stamps.
=D
Anyway...when I made this card I wanted a really clean look to it and I love how it turned out.
In addition to the digi stamp (which I popped up with scotch foam tape)
I used the Cuttle bug Asian embossing set - Bamboo folder
isn't it the cutest!
I love how it turned out once I colored it with Prisma colored pencils...
I then addded Viva glass effects to the leaves.
I also used Autumn leaves clear stamp set - "Forever " for my sentiment on the side.
I have a "coloring" picture tutorial that will be on the MyGrafico challenge blog and on my own blog here on Tuesday! So check it out if you want to see step by step how I made this card. =D
Rory turns 2 & a Guy Valentine's Day card!
Good Morning!
Today is Rory's 2nd Birthday so we are heading to Chucky Cheese
for some lunch & lots of fun later.
He already received his gifts from Mommy, Daddy & Griffin which he is very excited about...
He received a Cars (Lighting McQueen) ride on , 2 sets of the Disney cars die cast,
& a Little Tikes Car bed!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I have been busy working at my desk making lots of special cards
& one of them is this one for valentine's day for a guy...
I don't know about you but Guy cards are kinda harder for me to do because (most) guys
don't want a frufru girly glittery floral kind of card... LOL
Soooo I went for a Clean and simple style card made with
it's only $5.00! and has some really cute images on it.
I hand wrote the sentiment.. ( yes I know I need to work on my Penmanship! LOL) ,
colored with Prisma pencils, & added some stickles to the corners to add a tiny but of embellishment.
Thanks for looking !
Don't forget to add any of your projects to the Anything Goes Challenge at MyGrafico! Challenge is open till the 31st, Winners will be announced that Wednesday! The more people to enter the more prizes!

I am going to add a title (still working on one Any Suggestions)
& adding more stickles to the diecuts... Oh !
I will also be adding more ribbons and such to the rings...

MyGrafico Monday! #81 Tweet Tweet your so Sweet!
Ok So back to Business! =D
Today I wanted to share with you a few lovely sets now available at the MyGrafico.com Store!
The first one is a digital ( digi ) paper set
These papers are so cute! I hope to share with you a Sweet Digital Layout I made this week with them.
We also worked with the
These super cute little guys make it quick and easy to finish a few cards or
make some cute invitations up for a Valentine's day party!
My Favorites from this set are the ladybugs and the snails. =D sooo adorable!
The team worked on some great inspiration for you so check them out!
Tazza ( That's Me! )
Cute huh? =D
I used the hearts PAP set by Martha Stewart from last year's line, the Stampin' Up! paper piercer template set, and some left over cardstock from other projects. I wrote the hand written sentiment but I think I better work on my penmanship! LOL maybe it's because I made ( & colored) a ton of cards and my hand is a bit sore... LOL ok ok .. maybe I just have sloppy handwriting..=P
I sometimes try to break out of my personal card making style but OMG it is so hard!
For this card I kept it clean and simple ( well it is for me anyway) so I hope you will forgive my feeble attempts Hahaha...
I tried.. it is ok... but not my favorite card ever... LOL..
That's it for today I am so excited to see how many of you all are playing along in our New format.
Keep your projects coming!
Anything goes Challenge is at the top of the MyGrafico Challenge blog &
you have till the end of the month to enter!
Everyone is allowed to play along, it's Anything goes as long as you
made it & it's a new project, no entry limits & no required Images!
Just join us for some fun! Win some great prizes and enjoy!

I used kit kat digi stamp from the Digi's with Attitude! Store.
I played around & drew on some extra tuffs of hair to her tail & head...( see the orginal to compare) because I was going to use a cute digi sentiment from DWA but at the last minute changed my mind. I had this one already printed and it fit perfectly! Glad when those little things work out the right way!
I used a stapler to adhear the cardstock topper and sentiments together. made the flower with 2 scallop puncheds and some tulle , used Martha Stewart Swirly lace punch, Copic & Prisma markers.
Had a blast making this card. I think it turned out pretty good.

Paper Piecing Digital Stamps Tutorial.
Hi guys!
I did this Tutorial for MyGrafico on Tuesday & I wanted to share!
=D
If you're like me.. you want to learn the latest Techniques,
& Learn how to use those New Gadgets that are out there.
So I hope this will help you all and ourselves learn Lots of new things!
Today's tutorial is a quick and simple photo tutorial on how to paper piece your
Digital stamped images for a twist to your digi images!
Paper piecing with Digital Stamps
(similar to the masking technique in traditional stamping)
Here is what I used for this Tutorial
The Dilek designs Chic girl stamp set 1
The First thing to do is to choose the stamp your using on your computer
Next
you will need to tape your paper to the cardstock
(You can either "eyeball" where you need to add it or print a test sheet then tap over that)
Once you have taped the paper down to your cardstock then print
2 times for every one final image you want.
Next you will need to cut your images apart
( I do this before I remove the pattern paper since sometime the tape rips the cardstock)
Next separate the pattern paper from the cardstock &
then cut your image pieces out.
next you should color your image in then
glue your pattern paper to the image you printed to the card stock
for your final result.
I made some really cute bookmarks. I used my markers to color in the belts and straps after
I glued them on.
Thanks for stopping by today!
Don't forget to add any of your new projects to our new Challenge!
it's Anything goes & it goes to the end of the month !
Hugs,
Tazza
