Spongebob Birthday Party Cricut Extravaganza!

Hi Folks!
Griffin's Birthday has come and gone now for a few months but I never did share his party!
He wanted a Spongebob Squarepants Birthday party and I had won the Spongebob cricut cartridge on Twitter from Provo Craft... ( they don't do the weekly giveaways anymore ...BooHoo)
Anyway since I had the cartridge I wanted to  make some of the decorations.
Here is some of what I made...

The Spongebob Squarepants centerpiece... was a lot of work but fun
I have some close ups and will add those in a new post later ... I am breaking up the centerpiece for a new project for the playroom.

I had a couple of these jelly fish hanging around...
never did hang the bubbles I made...

Everyday paper Dolls ( Cricut )

The Paper Dolls Dress up Cartridge is one of My favorite Cartridges.
It really has so many extras that  you would never know were there until you  opened the box... or had the Design Studio Program ( trial or actual) . I recently Bought the Everyday paper dolls and it has somethng for everyone on it as well.
Anyway ...
I made this set of Paper Dolls for Griffin's class bulletin board when he was the Star of the week.
I cut everything out in white cardstock and colored in with the Prisma markers drew the faces in myself.  I used chalks to color in the eyes and to give the cheeks  a bit of a glow.
The comic book style word bubbles with our names in them are Stampin' Up.
Thanks for looking !

Decorating for Halloween...

We picked up the materials at Menard's and headed home earlier this month to stuff the bags full of plastic bags and Packing peanuts, the ghost heads were stuffed with McDonald's napkins, and the tombstones were placed with the utmost care in a row....

Happy Halloween! That's what Our House says to people as they drive past... We have decorated the yard with some fun plastic bag pumpkins , a Graveyard and even some ghost! hopefully they will survive for a few seasons ... if not I have a plan ready for next year, just need to mark my calender so I have enough time to make what I need.

Brad took a picture of Griffin & I together when we got done decorating the yard. I'm a sweaty mess even though it was in the low 40s...

Griffin really was excited to show Daddy what we did to the yard. He Loved the tombstones and so did Daddy...LOL

Griffin had a great time helping Mommy stuff the Pumpkins . He Loved helping me with the placement of the Pumpkins & was delighted to bring the ghost I made to daddy. This was the first Year he has really wanted to help or was even interested in the Holiday. Next year will be even better because Rory will be big enough to join in the fun!

I'll be posting more pictures of some of the projects we have been doing in the next few days so be sure to check back!
