Digi's with Attitude! First Challenge!

Hi Everyone!

Today I am so Excited to share with you the first Challenge ever for Digi's with Attitude!

Our Challenge is Metal this week and we had this super Devil Diva Gretchen to work with.

If you like what you see and I am sure you will you can visit the Digi's with Attitude Store today and put an order in for this Unique and Sassy line of stamps. Gretchen's her name and she's a bit Grumpy... LOL...

Don't you just love that face! I know I do!

And she is just the right bit of attitude to add to any card or project.

To make this card I started off coloring Grumpy Gretchen... I was thinking Poison Ivy whom I love and have dressed up as for Halloween a few times.. =D then when she was done I wanted to show her off more so I added some stickles as an Aura around her... I also added some Ranger Gloss to her Lips, shoes, & nails since that has to sit for awhile to dry I moved on to the card construction. To make the card I First spritzed some glimmer mist to the green background paper.( Let dry) ... punched out the flowers and spritzed some of them( let dry) then assembled the flowers and card layers. I layered the flowers to add some interesting height.

MyGrafico #69

Hi Everyone!

Today at MyGrafico Challenges we got to play with some really fun Digital Papers and a Oh so Cute digital stamp set! I know you wanna lookie and see what I came up with! Muhahahahaha.... Before you do if you want to stop over to the MyGrafico.com store and see all the awesome digi stamps, digi papers, SVG files , clip art, the site has pretty much all you could ask for and at great prices!

Our Challenge?? Pop It Up - Add some Dimension to your Card or LO or Altered item. This can be done with Foam adhesive , laying elements with chipboard, making your elements pop up from the rest of the elements , like rosettes , buntings, ect. just so long as it has a different dimension from the rest.

Sets we used this week?? Joyful clowns stamp set by Delik & Circus Paper Pack by Cupcake Cuties.

Each week a winner is choosen from the challenge entries by random number generator and highlighted on the MyGrafico Challenges Blog. It's a great way to get your blog seenand all it takes is an entry! The winner also will win both sets the design team works with that week normally around a $10.00 value! WoW!

Exciting News!

Hello Everyone!

I have super exciting news for you all .

I applied to be a part of the Design Team for Inkie Fingers Digi's with Attitude

I am now allowed to announce the exciting news!!!

I have been chosen to be the Head Design Team Leader !

The Challenge Blog is up and running & we will have our first challenge this week so stop by to check it out!

The Digi's with Attitude Store is still under construction but will be launched October 11th!

I am soooo excited to be apart of such a fabulous store!

Challenge # 68

HI Everyone! Thanks for stopping by today.

Today's Mygrafico Challenge is a good one this week

we are making ANYTHING BUT A CARD with Halloween sets this week!

First we start off with this Little Witch 1 by Clip Art & Scrap

I love her isn't she sweet & fun to color!

Next we got to play with the Halloween Cuties Digital Paper by Goodness & Fun

Now as I mentioned earlier our Challenge this week is ANYTHING BUT A CARD.

I know a lot of you are making Halloween invites, Cupcake Toppers & Decorations, heck even Costumes!

This is the Challenge for YOU! =D

I want you to enter your fabulous project to our challenge this week and I am going to pick out the top 3 plus a winner & all of you will be able to join us as a Guest DT for the 2nd week of October! WoWzers!

Ok now for my own Project this week I made a Scrapbook Layout.

I colored the Little Witch with my Prisma Colored Pencils

used a bunch of Halloween stickers and chipboard accents I have had for awhile now in my stash.

Background paper is my minds eye.

The Chipboard frame is still empty but not for long !

I am using this LO for our family album.

I used the digital papers & the dreadful font then used the specialty ragged edge scissors.

I put a sticker on some cardstock cut it out and then popped it up ( the bat & moon)

added a chipboard journal spot.

I popped up a bottle cap glittered it up with stickles,

fall leaf punch on edges & I used the Martha stewart 3 dot scallop edge punch.

Look at her isn't she a beauty!

Ok Now Our Design team has worked hard this week to make you something extra sweet.

MyGrafico #67

Hello Again!

It is time for another MyGrafico Challenge!

This week the team worked with these 2 stamps...

Dotted Daisy - Dotted Line paper & Cocoa Studios - Mod Owls

I just loved both of these sets .. I was super excited to get my hands on them and start creating..

Umm but I did leave it this week till the last minute! Yikes..

I have been so super busy the past few weeks,

I am hosting a kids craft day every other week on Fridays,

So I have been busy cleaning my messy house for that...LOL

I also have been trying to work on getting the yard ready for fall... =P

Next week is My local MOMs group Garage sale..

it's going to be huge. I have almost half a garage full of stuff to sell! Oh what fun I have been having with trying to get it all marked! Blah...

Then of course the normal stuff Griffin therapy and he now has Preschool in the afternoons

as well as mornings so I am shuttling him back and forth.

I am trying to keep Rory busy with Mom's group meet ups.

Which is so cute he loves to play with other kids.

So I am Bizzy, Bizzy, Bizzy..

Whew....

Anyway back to the Challenge...=D

I made this Card on Saturday at a crop and just was so happy with how it turned out!

Love Love Love it...

I wanted to have alot of texture and layers since the challenge this week is Paper Piecing.

I used the orange ( made more orange to match the owl better) and the blue papers from the Dotted Daisy Dotted papers set.

The Owl was cut out and layered over the branch which has several of the leaves popped up.

I added some cute wiggly eyes to the owl that fit the eyes perfectly! yay! LOL..

I added extra texture with the candy cane embossing folder & added some ink to make it stand out.

I also crimped the orange Dotted daisy paper to give more texture like a ruffled ribbon. then hand cut out the green circle popped my handmade birthday cake ( made with the EK success birthday punch and Lots of Stickles!) I added a few scraps of ribbon and a scrap glitter paper strip behind it.

Inside I used some previously printed and cut bunting flags then popped up every other one

to give them a bit of dimension. From Lindsay's Stamp Stuff's On The Line Stamps. I used the Martha Stewart 3 dot scallop & the maple leaf corner punch to add even more interest. I added the happy Birthday ticket I had from the Tickets Galore stamp set By Sanqunetti ( I just added the happy Birthday inside the blank ticket)

I had a multi pack of the googly eyes and thought they worked perfect on this little guy!

Looking back

I was looking at some pictures the other day

thinking I needed to preserve all those memories.

I had such a crazy life so far

and have some great friends to show for it.

I just wanted to share a picture of me and some

of my close friends from a few years ago

Don't we look like we were having fun..Hahaha.

Anyway

I am going to start working on some LO's in the next few weeks

and will be using some of Daphadilly Art's kits because they Rock..!
